Key facts about this year's 30 Under 30 list
- Forbes Ukraine selected nearly 300 candidates for consideration based on these criteria and the quality and adequacy of the application. Each category was evaluated by an editorial board of senior and specialized editors and journalists. The final list includes those who received the most votes.
- This list is one of the most diverse thirty that the editorial team compiled. Some of the heroes on the list defend the country at the front, the rest develop science, culture, business, and help society.
- This year's list includes seven servicemen from six branches of the military.
- The youngest participant was 17-year-old gymnast Taisiya Onofriychuk, who became the absolute European champion and multiple winner of World Cups.

Daniil Lubkin, 28 years old, Beholder
COO and co-founder of Beholder .
Created and develops an AI platform for geological exploration, which has attracted over $1.8 million in investment at an estimated $10-30 million.
Major professional achievement in the last 12 months. Led the 3D inversions direction, which allows scanning underground structures; entered into a project in Indonesia to scan 22,000 sq. km with an estimate of $21 million.
Oleksiy Nishchyk, 30 years old, Genesis
Chief Growth Officer, Genesis.
Develops an educational ecosystem in Ukrainian product IT, which has reached over 50,000 students in six years. At Genesis, he is responsible for scaling the head office operating system — automation, implementation of AI solutions, and team growth.
Key professional achievement in the last 12 months. Expanded the role from managing Genesis' education department to building new functions for strategic business development and operational process improvement. Built an AI team from scratch and am now responsible for implementing our own AI-based products across all head office teams.
Roman Lansky, 30 years old, Strimco
Co-founder and CEO of Strimco .
He manages a GovTech company with over 100 employees and revenue of $2.2 million (2024). The company analyzed processes and developed the functionality of "Reserve+", "Army+", the "Oberig" registry, etc.
