As the company informed dev.ua, the company plans to invest the raised funds in product scaling and sales funnel optimization with a clear and predictable ROI.
About Stackbooster
The startup, a graduate of the YEP accelerator, was founded by serial entrepreneur Alex Sharabudinov and AWS cloud infrastructure expert Volodymyr Lebedev.
Stackbooster solves one of the most pressing problems of modern tech companies — inefficient use of cloud resources. Their AI platform allows companies to reduce cloud costs by up to 80% by automating both vertical scaling within applications and horizontal scaling between cluster nodes. Under the hood is their own ML orchestration that allocates resources in real time, preventing downtime or excessive capacity usage.
The company already cooperates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is building alliances with several leading players in the cloud market (names are not disclosed at this time).
ZAS Ventures only invests in companies that it has known for at least 6 months. In the case of StackBooster, the partnership developed for a year and a half, after which the fund decided to support the startup. As the team explains, it is important for them to attract investors who not only invest money, but also bring expertise and partner support.
«At ZAS Ventures, we invest in visionaries who are reimagining the future of technology, transforming it into intelligent, self-sustaining ecosystems. StackBooster’s groundbreaking agent-based AI for Kubernetes, delivering real-time autonomous optimization, predictive scaling, and unbreakable resilience, ushers in a new era of hyper-efficient cloud operations, empowering engineering teams to innovate at breakneck speed while reducing costs and environmental impact. This is the foundation for a world where infrastructure anticipates needs, scales infinitely, and drives exponential growth — which is why we are proud to support StackBooster’s path to revolutionizing global computing,» adds Andriy Zinchuk, Co-Founder of ZAS Ventures.
Today, Stackbooster already has dozens of active clients, including A, AI Mentor Lana, HeyLink.me, RebelBots, Effie Ukraine, KodeLink, AsTime. The company’s pipeline includes the largest Ukrainian telecommunications and document management systems in Ukraine and the world.
«We view investors as partners who help us grow and achieve results. We are currently focused on preparing for a large $2 million seed round in the fall, and this investment is a bridge that will help us reach the next level,» comments StackBooster co-founder Alex Sharabudinov.
In total, StackBooster currently has $230,000 in raised investments. The round was led by ZAS Ventures and several angel investors, including entrepreneur and investor Volodymyr Lebedev, who joined the team as a co-founder after a previous investment of $100,000.
In May, Stackbooster announced the launch of an AI-powered platform for Kubernetes management and raised $100,000 in investment.
