According to Defender Media, the funding will be used for field testing and integration with defense platforms.
The investment was received from Israel Aerospace Industries, and, according to Anton Gerasimenko, founder and CEO of Codective, the startup views IAI as a strategic investor.
The funds will, in particular, go towards scaling the IVFOS (Inertial Visual Flow and Optical System) platform, which provides navigation without dependence on GNSS/GPS signals.
This solution is designed to operate in conditions of jamming, loss, or distortion of satellite signals.
IVFOS technology is known to combine computer vision, visual odometry, inertial navigation, sensor data fusion, and on-board computing.
Codective also looks forward to the next stage of raising capital and expanding cooperation with government and private defense sector structures of allied countries.
As dev.ua wrote, the Ukrainian startup G-Next Intelligence, which develops real-time data processing solutions for the military, has attracted pre-seed investments: the round was led by the Danish fund Final Frontier.
