The tax office will inspect 56 IT companies in January. Who is on the list?

This was told to DOU by Opendatabot. It is noted that 1,000 inspections out of the planned for 2025 will be carried out on individual entrepreneurs.
The largest number of companies inspected this year will be from Kyiv (18%), Odessa (12%), and Dnipropetrovsk (10%) regions. The State Tax Service will inspect about 400 businesses each month.
At the beginning of the year, well-known IT companies were subject to inspections:
- Netpeak;
- Shadow;
- Jooble;
- Blackthorn Vision;
- 3Shape Ukraine.
The defense tech company Infozahyst also made the list.

It is noted that 371 tax audits are scheduled to be conducted in February.
Recall that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed Law No. 9319, which postpones the increase in taxes for individual entrepreneurs from October 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025. This eliminates the legislative conflict regarding the payment of taxes «retroactively», as was the case in the adopted version of the tax law.
