Swarmer, a company developing software for autonomous drones, has announced plans to scale its advanced autonomous solutions in Japan with support from Rakuten Group.
Rakuten's support will accelerate Swarmer's integration into Japan's advanced drone ecosystem.

This collaboration gives Swarmer the opportunity to support research, security, infrastructure and industrial solutions in Japan, building on the country's leadership in robotics and advanced manufacturing.
As a reminder, Rakuten Group was founded in Tokyo in 1997 as an e-commerce platform. Since then, Rakuten has expanded significantly, offering solutions in e-commerce, fintech, digital content and communications to 2 billion members worldwide. Rakuten Group currently employs around 30,000 people and operates in 30 countries and regions.
