In "e-Consul" you will be able to select the type of power of attorney or application you need, add the necessary information, and during your visit to the consul, a document ready for signing will be waiting.
In addition, within six months, the system will be supplemented with new services that will cover the most popular services.
Also in February, courier delivery of international passports at an affordable price will be introduced in several countries in cooperation with Nova Poshta.
"You will no longer need to visit the diplomatic mission twice, look for a free slot in the e-Queue, and spend time and money on a second visit to receive a ready-made passport. We filled out the necessary data in advance on the "Diya" portal, arrived in person once to submit biometrics, and after registration, we received a ready-made passport by mail," the minister noted .
Start issuing driver's licenses abroad in the spring.
The Minister emphasized that during the same period, the possibility of obtaining a tax number (RNOKPP) and ID card should become available in Ukrainian diplomatic missions.
In the second half of 2025 , a comprehensive service for registering the birth of a child abroad should be launched, which will include state registration of birth, acquisition of Ukrainian citizenship by birth, registration in the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers, and entry of the child into the Unified State Demographic Register.
