Ukrainian defense-tech company TAF Industries and Polish defense concern Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The parties plan to localize the production of drones and counter-drone systems at Polish factories.
The partnership was officially established during the Ukrainian Recovery Conference in Gdansk. The main goal of the project, which is implemented within the framework of the «Build with Ukraine» initiative, is to scale up the production of critical UAV components.

The plan is as follows: TAF Industries provides real-world combat application data and rapid product iterations, while PGZ provides strong industrial capabilities.
The joint action plan includes R&D projects, technical data exchange, and field testing. All localized platforms must meet NATO’s high operational standards.
As noted by the founder of TAF Industries, Oleksandr Yakovenko, the combination of Ukrainian developments and Polish production capacities will allow creating a reliable system for protecting the borders of both countries.
PGZ President Adam Leszkiewicz emphasized that this experience is critically important for the Polish side, since Ukraine has unique developments in the field of countering air attacks.
«We are interested in integrating proven solutions into our production ecosystem. This allows us not only to expand production, but also to significantly strengthen the defense capabilities of the entire region,» he added.
