Ukrainian defense technology company TAF Industries and Luxembourg-based Luxuav have signed a memorandum of understanding. The companies plan to jointly develop unmanned and autonomous systems in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Ukrainian defense technology company TAF Industries and Luxembourg-based Luxuav have signed a memorandum of understanding. The companies plan to jointly develop unmanned and autonomous systems in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The partnership is intended to accelerate the development, production and implementation of unmanned solutions in the two European countries. The signed memorandum is the first stage of cooperation.
“The goal is to move faster and jointly create new European opportunities,” said Luxuav CEO Nicolas Jarov.
TAF Industries CEO Volodymyr Zinovsky said that the partnership should combine Ukrainian technologies, created taking into account combat experience, with European industrial and technological capabilities.
TAF Industries also participates in the Build with Ukraine initiative. It involves the development of Ukrainian defense production in partner countries and the integration of Ukrainian experience into European industrial chains.
TAF Industries is a Ukrainian MilTech company, formerly known as TAF Drones. The company develops and manufactures strike and reconnaissance drones, transponder carriers, electronic warfare systems, remote control systems, and artificial intelligence solutions.
Luxuav is a defense technology company from Luxembourg. It develops unmanned systems, communication technologies, artificial intelligence software, and manufacturing solutions for different levels of unmanned architecture.
