This is reported by the channel "Overheard in IT", hosted by the DOU team. However, there is currently no official confirmation of this information — the company did not respond to dev.ua’s request.
There are currently no open vacancies on the TemaBit page on DOU.
UPD. As "Overheard in IT" reports, after the New Year, some people from TemaBit were transferred to "Foodtech" — another IT company in the structure of "Fozzi-group", which is responsible for "Silpo" services. People were transferred ostensibly with the aim of optimizing processes.
And it is the majority of those previously transferred who are now being laid off. It is also interesting that the company decided not to adhere to the one-month notice period (according to the contract) and reduced it to 14 days at its own discretion.
The official reason for the layoffs is the large losses incurred as a result of the recent shelling of the company’s warehouses.
About a month ago, TemaBit was publicly looking for specialists for six positions at once. On LinkedIn, the company advertised the following positions: Cloud NetOps Engineer, Microsoft Security Engineer, Wi-Fi Network Engineer, ELK Engineer, Junior HR Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. Currently, there are no open positions on TemaBit’s LinkedIn page either.
According to the DOU summer rating, during the first half of 2026, the number of specialists at TemaBit decreased by 107 people. At that time, the company explained this mainly by internal transfers of employees to a separate direction of Silpo E-commerce & Ecosystem and stated that they did not plan to significantly reduce the team in the near future.
Earlier, dev.ua wrote that according to the results of the first half of 2026, TemaBit Fozzy Group dropped in the ranking of the most active employers on Djinni. Half of all TemaBit hires during this period were developers
