People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko published a response on Telegram regarding the mobilization of a reserved employee.
"Now it is possible to cancel the deferral of an employee of a critically important enterprise without even noticing that it was booked. Then there is a postscript that the Mykolaiv Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support operates within the framework of current legislation," the People's Deputy noted.
He writes that the problem with this whole story is that now it is impossible to demobilize such a person and the company is losing a critically important employee.
"You can set a salary of at least one hundred thousand, but you will not be able to protect your employee from further mobilization," Fedienko noted.
