The Ukrainian Ardal ground robotic complex traveled 17 km under mortar and artillery fire to rescue three wounded soldiers who had been surrounded for a month. This is one of the most difficult missions involving military robotics in Ukraine.
The Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, spoke about the operation on his Telegram channel.
Ardal was developed by BUREVII, a member of the Brave1 defense cluster. The engineers themselves participated in planning the operation together with the 92nd Armored Brigade and the 154th Armored Brigade. The mission took place in one of the hottest areas of the front, where enemy drones and artillery are actively operating. For the success of the operation, the following were involved: More than 50 fighters, electronic warfare and electronic warfare to suppress enemy signals, aerial reconnaissance, drone bombers that distracted the enemy.
Despite the complexity of the task, Ardal covered 17 km, successfully delivered three wounded to the hospital, and remained unharmed. Adral was created as part of the Defense Tech development program in Ukraine — Brave1.
