The event should bring together engineers and scientists to develop new AI solutions that will be integrated into the "Diya" application and make the lives of millions of Ukrainians easier.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with EPAM Ukraine and WINWIN AI Center of Excellence, announced the holding of the first state hackathon Diia.AIContest.
The ideas for the hackathon tasks were created by the Ministry of Digital Affairs, having previously collected current requests, needs, and challenges from citizens regarding services in "Diya". Participants will work on real cases that will facilitate citizens' daily tasks and will have the opportunity to create new functionality in "Diya".
"Our goal is to unite engineers, scientists, and experts in the ethical use of AI and create new AI solutions for government services," emphasized Danylo Tsvok, Chief AI Officer of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and CEO of WINWIN AI Center of Excellence.
You can register as a team of 2-6 people or individually (in this case, the team will be created after registration is complete). Participants will be supported by top mentors from EPAM Ukraine.

Ten teams, selected by a competent jury, will present their
developments on Demo Day. The best solutions are integrated into "Diya".
