As it turned out during the monitoring, the site published materials disguised as informational reviews and ratings. In fact, these texts were intended to attract readers to gambling. The publications contained detailed descriptions of bonuses, deposit benefits, as well as hyperlinks with calls to go directly to online casino sites.
According to the regulator's decision No. 186-P dated December 10, 2025, such actions violate parts six and seven of Article 22-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".
Entrepreneur Yushytsyn Maksym Oleksandrovych is obliged to pay a fine of 4.8 million hryvnias to the state budget within three months from the date of entry into force of this decision. In case of refusal to pay voluntarily, the funds will be collected forcibly through the enforcement service.
Also today, PlayCity fined Anna Alkhim 4.8 million hryvnias for illegal casino advertising.
