Xabi Lame, the TikTok star with the most followers on the platform, has landed a historic commercial deal worth an estimated $900 million.
The deal involves the partial sale of his company Step Distinctive Limited to US-based Rich Sparkle Holdings. Under the deal, Rich Sparkle will have exclusive rights to Habi Lame’s global commercial activities. These rights include brand partnerships, advertising, licensing and e-commerce projects.
Rich Sparkle estimates that an integrated structure that combines traffic, fulfillment, operations, and patented technology could ultimately generate over $4 billion in annual revenue.
In addition to traditional commerce, the deal also allows for the development of Lame’s AI-powered digital twin. The digital twin technology allows for advertising integrations and live broadcasts to be launched in parallel in multiple countries, without requiring the influencer’s physical presence.
The TikTok star will become the controlling shareholder of Rich Sparkle Holdings. He currently has around 360 million followers on social media, making him one of the most influential digital personalities in the world.
Last June, Lame was detained by US immigration authorities and deported from the country for overstaying his visa. The migrants were unconcerned by his popularity or the fact that Lame is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
