UkrainianSenior Full-Stack Developer Petro Snieda launched a website that allows any technical IT specialist to prepare for an interview.
According to the author of the project, ITLead, within the first day after its release, the platform was visited by 225 active users.
He worked on the site for aboutthree months. «Yesterday I finally released the site I’ve been actively working on for the past three months. 225 active users per day,» he wrote.
Petro said that the site has already begun to be tested by users who are reporting bugs and leaving feedback. There are interview questions, tasks, tests, and vacancies.
According to the information on the project website, ITLead is useful for both beginners and experienced developers. There are basic algorithmic tracks for entry-level candidates and in-depth modules on distributed systems specifically for interviews for Senior, Staff, and Principal positions.
The site offers an AI Mock Interview — the engine uses fast speech-to-text and LLM-based scoring to simulate a real interviewer. It assesses a candidate’s logic, ability to explain trade-offs, and soft skills under pressure.
The project’s question database is updated weekly based on verified community reports of recent interviews at companies like Meta, OpenAI, and Stripe.
Recall that recently, Ukrainian developers launched a free platform for preparing for IT interviews, DevLovers .
EPAM is testing a robot for candidate selection, Master of Code Global is developing an AI assistant for recruiting, and Railsware is preparing to experiment with an AI avatar for interviews in 2026. Is interviewing with a robot really a new reality that makes hiring easier?
