Currently, he says, 80-90% of the market is aware that artificial intelligence is the future and its integration is inevitable. «At the same time, only 10-15% of companies in the world are already ready for digital transformation, while others have not yet completed the stage of data digitization,» he said in an interview with Forbes.
In order to implement AI, according to Gasimov, it is necessary to create a platform where the data will be structured, reliably protected and comply with the legal norms of different countries.
At the same time, the specialist believes, it is difficult to predict the terms of the development of artificial intelligence due to the rapid progress in the field. «Open source platforms like ChatGPT stimulate development thanks to enthusiasts, but at the same time legal restrictions try to regulate its use according to legislation and social requirements. In the next one and a half to two years, we will see improvements to existing solutions, and in five to six years, large-scale changes that will affect business and society. The speed of change will depend on technical advances, regulations and social challenges. Progress in AI is not always linear, and the future will depend on their combination,» he said.
