The digitalization of the army cannot be stopped: the Ministry of Defense reminded how to return to service from the NWCH through the "Army+" application according to a simplified procedure

As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense, for this it is only necessary to submit an appropriate report in the application.

Servicemen who voluntarily left the unit but submitted a report through «Army+» are given the opportunity to return to duty by August 30.

This mechanism works according to the following algorithm:

• after submitting a report, the Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service (MLS) contacts the person by phone to confirm the data;
• the serviceman has 24 hours from the moment of approval of the report to arrive at the VSP department that he selected when submitting the report. In this case, the contact for contacting the selected VSP department can be found in the electronic report if you click «View details» before signing;
• The VSP is responsible for processing documents and helping to get to one of the reserve military units, and the commander of such a reserve battalion has 72 hours to restore the military’s cash payments and social guarantees;
• After returning to service in the reserve unit, it is possible to submit a report on changing the place of service. To do this, on the screen with the question «Why do you want to change the unit», you need to select the item «Returning to service after the SZCH». A letter of recommendation from the military unit where the serviceman wishes to serve is attached to the report.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense adds that servicemen who performed the NWCH after May 10 will be able to return only to the unit from which they left, and their return to service will take much longer.

Let us recall that the corresponding functionality for returning from the North-Eastern Front was added to the «Army+» application at the end of last year.
