Since May 18, when the beta testing of the healthtech app Jane was opened, more than 7,400 customers have signed up for the waiting list.
As Forbes writes, citing the words of the startup’s co-founder, Yevhenia Rogalska, they received 5,000 applications in the first day, and 6,300 in three days.
Meanwhile, another co-founder of the startup, Yevgenia’s husband, former CMO of monobank Anatoliy Rogalsky told the publication that one of the first changes that occurred after contact with the audience was a review of monetization.
«The offer turned out to be too complicated for users. We will simplify the tariff grid before the public release,» he promised.
Currently, the Jane landing page offers two plans: monthly at $16.99 and annual at $12.41 per month.
According to the co-founder, working with the Jane app begins with a questionnaire. «It asks about everything. Age, weight, height, allergies, pets, pregnancy, libido, skin type, sports, family history,» says Rogalska.
She explained that already at this stage, the assistant can give a hypothesis about the state of the body. At the same time, based on this data, the assistant forms a list of necessary tests, interprets the results and provides a plan for the next steps — from nutrition and supplements to lifestyle changes. Rogalska assured that the application’s advice is very personalized.
In turn, Anatoliy Rogalskyi reported that Jane will cooperate with Apple and Google Health applications from the very beginning.
«Integrating Whoop and Oura in the nearest tasks — maybe we’ll have time to exit closed beta,» he added.
«We are not yet afraid, that is why we are brave.» Former CMO of monobank Anatoliy Rogalsky told us why he decided to launch a neobank in Nigeria, as well as enter a new healthtech domain for himself
