Soon, Ukrainians will be able to complain about unscrupulous civil servants in the «Diia» application. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.
According to him, the new feature will allow complaints to be left in both text and voice format. Messages will go directly to the minister responsible for the work of a specific department or institution.
As a reminder, the AI assistant «Natalka» has been working at the Ministry of Digital Affairs for over six months. In the first three months of work, she reduced the workload on managers by 30%.
Meanwhile, Kyivstar will be directly involved in the creation of the Ukrainian national LLM, plans for which were announced by the Ministry of Digital Affairs in March.
