The simplified solution is especially useful for older people and subscribers who prefer digital and remote services, as well as for those living in regions with limited retail network coverage.
The process of switching to lifecell through the «Diia» application is simple and fast, and submitting an application takes only a few minutes:
go to the «Services» section and select the «Number Porting» service;
submit a transfer request and choose the desired tariff plan;
specify the mobile number you want to port to the network;
confirm your number and go through quick verification;
Enter your new SIM card details to complete the process.
