According to the case files, on December 18, 2023, during the collection of administrative material regarding him, acting deliberately, understanding the illegality of his actions and being aware of the criminal liability for offering an illegal benefit to an official, in pursuit of the intention to avoid responsibility for domestic violence, he offered the patrol officers an illegal benefit in in the amount of $1000 (37.0211 hryvnias according to the then official course).
At the court hearing, the citizen of Aitiv fully admitted his guilt in the criminal offense charged against him and sincerely repented.
The court found the tester guilty of offering a $1,000 bribe and fined him UAH 17,000.
The verdict can be appealed to the Kharkiv Court of Appeal through the Comintern District Court of Kharkiv within 30 days from the day of its announcement.
