Metinvest Digital has a new CEO. What explains the personnel changes?

The press service explained the personnel reshuffle at Metinvest Digital by changes in the production structure of the Metinvest Group and the new priorities of the IT company.

At the same time, the management task under the leadership of Serhiy Detyuk has been defined as the transformation of the Metinvest Digital business model. «We aim to increase the portfolio of projects and clients outside the perimeter of the Metinvest Group,» the company noted.

The publication reminds that since 2016, Detyuk worked as the Director of Information Technology at Metinvest, and after the creation of a subsidiary IT company, he also headed it part-time. In 2023, Yuriy Chernetsky replaced him at Metinvest Digital, and he became the Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Supervisory Board. In turn, as a result of the latest personnel reshuffle, Chernetsky moved to the position of Director of Business Development at Metinvest Digital.
