In the mobile application for military conscripts «Reserve+», the work of services that require confirmation of disability data through other state registers has been temporarily restricted. In particular, this concerns the online registration of deferments from mobilization.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to the department, the decision was made to prevent technical errors when processing applications for military service. Currently, social sector registries are giving incorrect answers to application requests, which is why services had to be temporarily paused.
Due to technical work in the application, the following functions may currently be unavailable:
applying for a deferral based on disability;
updating data on disability status online;
verification of relevant information by CCC and JV operators.
The ministry emphasizes that the technical restrictions are temporary and do not affect already issued and valid deferrals. Also, this decision in no way cancels the legal right of citizens to receive a deferral if there are appropriate medical and legal grounds.
The developers will resume all blocked services immediately after stable data exchange between Reserve+ and the registers of the Ministry of Social Policy is established. They promise to inform you about the launch of services in normal mode later.
