The post is currently closed, and the specialist prefers not to disclose her name, assuring that she was not fired.
However, it is known that the communications staff were fired. «Our joint story with Rozetka is over. I am very grateful to Iryna, Vladyslav and colleagues for working together and I am looking forward to the beginning of a new story. The reduction will affect some departments. More than 1,000 employees worked at the facility in Brovary. We are transferring most of them to other warehouses and looking for an opportunity to provide them with work. It will not work to offer everyone alternative jobs in this situation. The circumstances turned out to be stronger,» she noted.
According to Iryna, a week has now passed since the attack on the state-of-the-art automated warehouse complex in Brovary, which processed 100 thousand orders per day. The company, Chechotkina notes, resumed work on the same day within two hours, because ROZETKA is more than one, even the largest warehouse. «Of the 92 employees who were at the time of the missile strike on the warehouse, no one was injured. This is the main thing for us. What are our actions now? To persevere. To undergo an accelerated transformation of the business model, which we planned to integrate gradually — a significant reduction in the share of our own sales and the development of the marketplace,» the entrepreneur said. .
As a reminder, on the night of August 5, Russia carried out a massive missile and drone strike on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The attack damaged the assets of dozens of businesses.
