The project will start in the fall and aims to develop entrepreneurial culture in Ukraine, train, create a veteran business community, and most importantly, provide comprehensive support to defenders on the path to scaling their own business.
Among the mentors and speakers are UCU lecturers, top management of Universe Group, business founders, economists, experts in marketing, finance, and management.
«We enlisted the support of UCU and the Genesis for Ukraine Foundation to create a program that combined online learning, offline workshops, networking, and the opportunity to receive one of three grants,» says Yaroslav Morozov, founder and CEO of Universe Group.
The program will consist of several stages: initial selection, hybrid learning — in online and offline formats — and, finally, the final selection of three participants who will receive grants for the development of their businesses in the amounts of $30,000, $10,000, and $10,000. In addition, all participants will have the opportunity to receive free training in one of the online courses and exclusive access to one of the training courses from the UCU Business School.
The organizers do not limit the choice to specific niches, so entrepreneurs from different fields can participate in the project.

The recruitment starts on August 11. You can apply for participation until September 15.
