Corvus Intelligence talked about its AI-powered military simulation system at IT Arena 2025. WARG is a war game simulator that uses large language models.
The system is designed to generate dynamic scenarios, as well as to support decision-making, learning, and strategy analysis in multi-domain operations.
The developers argue that traditional approaches to war games have several major problems:
With LLM, the system is able to generate scenarios, while experts are only involved at the verification or approval stage. This provides the ability to generate dynamic scenarios and makes the process much more productive than when experts were fully involved in the creation of each scenario.
The developers note that LLM provides the ability to incorporate new information, data from social networks, documents, etc., directly into the system, which greatly facilitates adaptation to changes. For example, you can use Telegram to collect knowledge.
In addition, WARG uses a lot of prompt engineering and internal context management. Corvus Intelligence has already shown WARG to NATO representatives at a defense exhibition in Europe and is currently working on the product's compliance with Alliance requirements.
Solutions from Corvus Intelligence, the development company, are used by the Special Operations Forces (SOF), the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center, the State Security Service, and the Aerorozvidka NGO.
