The new funding is aimed at scaling the next generation of tactical communications systems at the front and entering European markets.
Ukrainian DefenseTech company Teletactica — a developer of EW-resistant communication systems operating in conditions of intense radio interference — announced the attraction of investments from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures.
The $1.5 million round was led by MITS Capital, an investment group with offices in Kyiv and New York focused on supporting Ukrainian defense innovations. Teletactica previously successfully completed the MITS acceleration program and raised a pre-seed round of funding.
The round was also joined by Green Flag Ventures, a leading venture capital firm from the US and Ukraine that invests in Ukrainian dual-use technologies, AI, and cybersecurity.
Teletactica's products are already actively used in Ukraine and are in the process of adapting to NATO standards. The company is also a key participant in the Brave1 cluster , a government program aimed at developing a defense technology ecosystem through interaction between the state, the private sector and the expert community.
As of February 2025, Teletactic antenna complexes are already used by more than 100 operators and 30 teams. In addition, developers integrate their communication systems into devices from other manufacturers.
In total, before the latest investment, the company had received over $550,000 in investments, grants, and loans. Last year, the company completed its first government order.
Previously, Teletactica founder Yevhen Zhebko spoke exclusively with dev.ua about the company's products and plans for the future.
