Ukrainian startup PeopleForce raises $5.4 million in investment to further grow in the Polish and Latin American markets

PeopleForce positions itself as a leader in HR tech, with over 1,300 clients in 30+ countries and over 100,000 active users. The new investment is the result of an 80% ARR growth in 2024, driven by the platform's ability to offer adaptive HR solutions that scale with the business, PeopleForce told dev.ua.
The funding will help PeopleForce strengthen its position in Poland and Latin America, two key regions with active markets. The HR platform is used by leading players in the Ukrainian market, including GoIT, Tickets.ua, Kasta, Room8 Studio, N-iX, as well as TestDevLabs, Paysera, and Ajax Systems worldwide.
"Over the past year, we have achieved 2.5-fold ARR growth in Poland and Latin American countries. Thanks to investments, we plan to scale local GTM teams and strengthen the automation of HR processes taking into account the specifics of the regions, which will allow our clients to achieve better results," said Mykola Mikhailov, Co-CEO of PeopleForce.
