According to "Mintsyfra", the undisputed winner was the variant "Siayvo". In total, more than 136,000 citizens participated in the process of choosing a name for Ukrainian artificial intelligence.
From thousands of proposed options, the organizers carefully selected ten finalists. The main selection criterion was one hundred percent uniqueness: the ideas had to be original, without plagiarism or violations of other people's copyrights.
The title "Shine" gained the most audience support, receiving 22,538 votes.
The final shortlist also included the following options:

It is planned that "Syaivo" will be deeply integrated into Ukrainian government services, business processes, educational platforms, and the defense sector.
Thanks to its specialization in the Ukrainian context and language, the neural network will help process data sets much faster and more accurately, automate routine processes, and become the basic foundation for creating new domestic digital products with high added value.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs and Kyivstar have begun work on creating a Ukrainian LLM. The idea is to develop a model that will work taking into account the Ukrainian language, dialects, and local context, which should improve the quality of digital services compared to using universal foreign solutions.
