One of the oldest Ukrainian IT companies, Infopulse, has completed its transformation and officially become part of the global brand Tietoevry Create. The legal renaming and structural change are complete — the final phase of integration is ahead.
Infopulse Ukraine and Infopulse Brazil completed a legal name change in May 2025, becoming Tietoevry Create Ukraine LLC and Tietoevry Create Brazil Ltda, respectively. As reported by DOU, this is the finale of Infopulse’s long-term integration into the structure of the global player in the digital solutions market — Tietoevry.
The company’s teams will continue to operate under the new brand Tietoevry Create — this is the name of the business line specializing in digital development. The changes are part of the operating model update that Tietoevry announced back in 2024. From now on, the Ukrainian and Brazilian teams have a common portfolio of services with other offices of the Create line, and the company’s offices themselves are undergoing rebranding.
It is an international company headquartered in Finland, specializing in software development and digital services. The company employs over 16,000 professionals, of which over 9,000 are in the Tietoevry Create direction.
Infopulse is a Ukrainian IT company founded in 1991. It became part of the Norwegian EDB in 2007, and later went through a merger into EVRY and rebranding into Tietoevry. Before the integration, the company employed over 2,000 specialists in Europe and Latin America.
A single development center has been created in Ukraine — Delivery Center Ukraine. It includes two legal entities: Tietoevry Create Ukraine and Tieto Ukraine Support Services. The center is headed by Oleksandr Kolotynets, who previously held the position of Head of Delivery Operations at Infopulse.
The final stage of integration of representative offices in Poland, Bulgaria and Germany is currently underway. The company is also updating the branding of offices, social media pages and career platforms. The Infopulse website will operate until July 1, 2025, after which users will be automatically redirected to the main Tietoevry resource.
