Head of Creative Marketing at HOLYWATER from the Genesis ecosystem, Kristina Tsapko, published a message stating that anyone who recommends a candidate with whom the company matches will be able to earn good money.
«I pay up to $3.2k for a successful recommendation,» she wrote. The specialist explained that HOLYWATER is currently in a very active growth phase: new products are being launched, top applications are being scaled, and a next-level team is being formed.
According to her, the company is looking for people for two key positions: Creative Marketing Specialist and User Acquisition Specialist.
«It’s about speed, freedom of testing, creativity that produces results, and real impact on the business. We are looking for both juniors and seniors/leads — the main thing is that the person is hungry, thinking fast, and ready to create & scale,» the specialist added.
Different rewards are offered for specialists of different levels.
Requirements for candidates are below.
Kristina asks to write to her personally or to Eleonora Bondarenko. «If you know someone who would be interested, tag them under the post or send them to private messages.» Bonus: 30% immediately after starting, 70% after successfully completing the trial period,» she wrote.
