Hackers from the IT ARMY of Ukraine attacked the telecommunications company «Phoenix» (State Unitary Enterprise of the DPR «ROS»), which has over 750,000 verified subscribers.
«It is infrastructurally irreplaceable, as it ensures communication between the population, the work of occupation structures, and most likely also military command posts of the Russian Federation, especially in conditions of limited or no availability of Starlink,» the IT ARMY of Ukraine said in a statement.
As a result of the prolonged attack, there were disruptions in mobile communications, the Internet, and digital television.
