For several months now, Ukrposhta has been installing internal mail machines in its branches as part of a pilot project. The experiment started in Kyiv, and in June the geography was expanded to six more cities. Today, the national postal operator reported that such mail machines have appeared in two more regions, and they have also begun to be installed in front-line cities.

After a successful launch in the capital, the post offices were expanded to Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, and Kropyvnytskyi in June. The service allows you to pick up a parcel without waiting in line, but only if it has already been paid for.
As reported by Ihor Smilyansky, General Director of Ukrposhta, express delivery machines are now available in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
They have also already begun to be installed in the frontline regions: Kharkiv (26), Sumy (13), and Poltava (27).
We remind you that express delivery boxes operate in branches during their working hours. After the parcel arrives, the client receives an SMS with a code, enters it on the control panel and collects the shipment on their own. This does not require a mobile application or Bluetooth.
Currently, 310 express delivery cells have been installed in Ukraine out of the planned 600. In addition to the cities mentioned above, post machines are operating in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Mykolaiv.
