Kyiv startup Uniot, which is developing an IoT platform for creating «smart devices» and automation, won the YEP Accelerator Demo Day and received $25,000 in funding.

«For the past four months, the Uniot team has been participating in the fifth series of the YEP accelerator, a journey that culminated last week with Demo Day, which proved to be very successful for our team», — Uniot reported.

The startup added that in addition to the main prize, they also received membership in the Mazepa League and were included in the Plug and Play Tech Center playbook. Mazepa League is a community of Ukrainian founders with clients in the US market, which helps participants negotiate with venture funds and develop their startups.

Uniot plans to use the funding to refine the platform to a stable release and launch a systematic marketing strategy to actively attract users.

Uniot’s product helps developers visually design device logic, simulate its behavior without hardware, and deploy scenarios that run directly on the device — even in offline mode.

The platform has the following features:

  • Visual editor (drag and drop or code).
  • Real-time simulation and testing.
  • Logic execution on the periphery.
  • Remote dashboards and controls.
  • Communication between devices.
  • Scalable framework for production use.

Uniot has a free beta version with one dashboard, 3 devices, 5 scripts, and community support.
