The Cabinet of Ministers approved the relevant resolution on April 29, 2026.
According to the document, the program will operate during martial law, but has a clear completion date - April 30, 2028.
"To agree with the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture regarding the implementation, from May 1, 2026, during the martial law in Ukraine, but no later than April 30, 2028, of the pilot project "National Cashback" to stimulate the development of the production of Ukrainian goods and services by providing state monetary compensation to buyers of goods and services of Ukrainian production within the framework of the All-Ukrainian economic platform "Made in Ukraine"," the resolution states.
Recall that in November last year, the Cabinet of Ministers revised the terms of the National Cashback program , removing mobile communications, cinemas, and restaurants from the list of available services.
However, since March, the National Cashback has been in effect for fuel: the amount of compensation ranges from 5% to 15%.
