Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this during a government meeting, his press service reports.
"These are funds that will go directly to the brigades so that they can quickly meet the most important needs," the prime minister noted.
According to him, since the beginning of the year, direct funding for brigades has amounted to UAH 27.2 billion, and in December they will be transferred UAH 4.3 billion.
In general, in the first 10 months of 2024, the government spent UAH 229 billion on military equipment, weapons, ammunition, defense products, personal protective equipment, and food for the Security and Defense Forces.
At the same time, regarding the topic of drones, four representatives of Ukrainian UAV manufacturers shared with dev.ua their observations on whether they are facing restrictions imposed by China, how they are getting out of the situation, and what such sanctions threaten Ukraine.
In turn, the Ukrainian company SKYRIPER, which produces unmanned aircraft systems, explained how its universal guidance system for drones and aircraft "Triglav" works .
