The suspect came to the attention of Russian special services when he was looking for "easy money" in Telegram channels, the SBU reports .
The man first registered one terminal in his name and gave the relevant details to the curator. Then, he "secretly" registered two more in the name of his colleague and his wife.
After that, the defendant planned to use 20 more acquaintances to verify Russian terminals.
Security Service officers detained the agent at a construction site in Irpen. During searches at his residence, several smartphones were found, which he used to contact racketeers and recruit fake people to register Starlink.
The attacker is currently being held without bail.
