The update to the «Reserve+» application adds a new deferral — for scientific, scientific-pedagogical, and pedagogical employees of higher, pre-university, and vocational education institutions, scientific institutions, and organizations.

To receive a deferral, you must have the following data in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education:
a note about the main place of work;
salary rate not less than 0.75;
a note indicating whether the person is part of the educational process personnel group in one of the areas: higher, pre-higher professional, vocational education, or works in an administrative position related to the teaching category.
Applying for a deferral is simple: you need to click on the three dots on the main screen of the «Reserve+» application, select the «Request a deferral» item, and then the appropriate category — and later you will receive a notification with the result.
If the position of an employee of an educational institution meets the three criteria listed above, but the deferral to Reserve+ is not issued, you need to contact the educational institution — the employer, who must check and, if necessary, clarify the data in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.
We remind you that this week we also launched deferrals for spouses, where the husband or wife has a disability group 1 or 2. In general, deferrals in Reserve+ have been available since November last year. Currently, 40% of all deferrals are issued in the application.
