Until now, parking fines were in the category of "paper fines", which repeatedly led owners to court cases and car impoundments, or other troubles.
“Drivers receive notifications about this type of violation “under the windshield wiper”. For example, we had a real case when a crow stole a fine, and our users recorded it on video. Currently, the new UA Penalty feature is working in 19 pilot cities: Odessa, Dnipro, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Bila Tserkva, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi, Truskavets, Stryi, Drohobych, Sambir, Khust, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Zolotonosha, Volodymyr-Volynskyi and Voznesensk.
The cities were chosen based on the active position of the authorities in addressing these types of violations.
