«Today, we’re transforming Stitch into a fully AI-integrated software design platform that lets anyone create, refine, and collaborate on transforming natural language into high-quality user interface mockups,» Google said in a statement .
The developers have completely revamped the Stitch interface, which now features a new «boundless canvas» powered by artificial intelligence. The space allows users to add images, text, or even code as references.
«We’re introducing voice features that let you talk directly to your workspace. An agent can give you real-time design feedback, create a new landing page based on your responses, and make changes on the fly—like, ‘give me three different menu options’ or ‘show this screen in different color schemes,’» Google explains the concept of «vibedesign.»
Google says Stitch is designed for a wide range of users, from professional designers to founders building their first app. The tool is currently available in Google Labs, where users can try out a new approach to design powered by artificial intelligence.
Google has not yet announced a separate price, and apparently, access to it is currently provided as part of Labs experiments.
