Endeavor Catalyst, a global entrepreneur network co-investment fund, has announced the final closing of its fifth fund (Fund V) at $320 million. Investor demand exceeded expectations, and Endeavor Catalyst’s total assets under management (AUM) has grown to over $850 million.
The fund continues to develop its presence in Ukraine. Currently, the Endeavor Catalyst portfolio already includes three companies with Ukrainian roots — Preply, Headway Inc, and Holywater.
Fund V maintains a unique investment model: it invests exclusively in companies founded by entrepreneurs from the Endeavor community, making deals with the world’s leading venture capital funds. This opens up access to high-potential startups that are being built outside of traditional venture capital hubs — in markets that Endeavor calls Elsewhere.
“Endeavor operates on the belief that the next great companies can emerge anywhere, as long as founders have access to the right Network of Trust. Fund V reinforces this idea in practice: founders who have already achieved success reinvest their capital, experience and connections in the next generation,” says Endeavor co-founder and CEO Linda Rottenberg.
“This is the Multiplier Effect in action. Founders who were once supported by Endeavor Catalyst are now passing on capital, experience and belief. It’s a powerful full-cycle model,” adds Jackie Carmel, Managing Director of Endeavor Catalyst.
About 90% of the fund’s investments are directed outside the US. The European direction is one of the most dynamic: in the first half of 2026 alone, the fund made 12 new investments in Europe (compared to 14 for the whole of 2025). Latin America remains the largest portfolio region, and the fund is also actively working in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the US and Canada.
Among Fund V’s first investments:
Preply (Ukraine / EdTech);
Replit (Jordan / USA);
Moove (Nigeria);
Cashea (Venezuela);
HappyRobot (Spain);
as well as Respond.io, EnduroSat, and Lunar Outpost.
The fund invests alongside venture capital giants such as Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, and General Atlantic.
The Endeavor Catalyst team is seeing high activity in the areas of Deep Tech, fundamental artificial intelligence (AI), cloud infrastructure, and among serial entrepreneurs launching businesses in the field of AI applications.
By the end of 2026, the fund plans to invest another $25–30 million, focusing on supporting fast-growing technology companies in Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
