«Vendors are panicking and removing products from the storefront. They don’t want you to buy cheaper and they don’t want to earn less in other channels. This is the competition in Ukrainian e-com. They are not fighting for customer experience and better conditions, but against those who offer customers better conditions than the average for the hospital,» said Horohovsky.

He added a screenshot of the letter confirming his words. «And there are a lot of them!», — the entrepreneur noted. «Samsung, Asus, Xiaomi, do you take customers for fools?» — he addressed the equipment manufacturers.

Monobank is preparing an appeal to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine against anyone who tries to regulate prices in the market in this way and blocks customers' access to favorable prices, Horokhovsky added.

As a reminder, in connection with the exit of monomarket from beta testing, the marketplace from monobank is offering discounts on all products. The company has allocated a budget of UAH 200 million for this, and a timer on the site shows when it will end.
