Vladyslav Grezev, head of the Lobby X recruiting agency, announced this during the briefing, Ukrinform reports.
«If a year ago we had about 50,000 responses from volunteers for military vacancies, as of today it is more than 190,000. That is, this is a multiple increase. As of today, we have more than 830 different units of the Defense Forces that cooperate with us, we have more than 8,000 military vacancies that have been published during all this time», — said Grezev, recalling that the Ministry of Defense and Lobby X signed a cooperation agreement on November 13, 2023 year.
According to him, such cooperation is an improvement of the state’s policy in the field of mobilization and recruiting, introducing the so-called direct conscription into military units, which reduces the risk of enlisting in the wrong place where a person has chosen.
«Today, it is possible to mobilize immediately after arriving in a military unit, without visiting recruitment centers, without entering training centers and being assigned to training centers. That is, absolutely everything is guaranteed regarding the choice of a specific citizen, his service in the chosen position», — adds Grezev.
The head of the recruiting agency recalled that during the year, the Lobby X service was integrated into various digital applications, in particular, into the state application «Diya», where it is possible to join the «Army of drones» and choose a specific position among the relevant units that deal with unmanned systems.
«We have integration with the Reserve+ application for conscripts. There is integration with the website of the Ministry of Defense Army.Gov.ua, there is integration with the recruitment portal of the Main Directorate of Intelligence „Stav Plus“, with the recruitment portal of the State Border Service», — Grezev recalled.
He also announced that Lobby X is currently working on the creation of new, larger-scale projects for the employment of veterans together with the Ministry of Veterans and the Ukrainian Veterans Fund.
