He said that Netpeak Group as the name for the umbrella brand of the group of companies appeared in 2015. As the name of the group, we took the name of the first company — the agency, which was the first well-known brand of the group. And we added the word Group to the Netpeak brand. «In short, we made it in our style of the Easy to Implement format,» Borodatyuk comments.
Since 2015, according to him, almost everything has changed. «From four companies (agencies Netpeak and Inweb, product companies Serpstat and Ringostat) we have grown to 25+ businesses. Today, according to DOU, FRACTAL is among the five Ukrainian companies that are most actively hiring new employees in 2025, and according to the group’s turnover indicators, it has grown by an average of 77% year-on-year over the past 4 years. So, we have grown up, transformed, changed, and are definitely ready to meet the second decade of the group of companies with a new identity and meanings, but with an unchanged mission,» Artem’s post states.
He explains the new name as follows: «Why FRACTAL? A fractal is a set that has the property of self-similarity: its parts have the same or similar structure as the whole, regardless of scale. That is, if you „zoom in“ on a part of a fractal, it will look similar to the entire object. Like fractals, the group’s new businesses are self-similar, they copy special approaches to management, culture and values, special approaches to hiring, and then create their sub-projects based on this base. Example: Netpeak agency — Tonti Laguna Group startup studio — Kiss My Apps platform company.»
Borodatyuk added that when he met with Ukrainian brand designer Yevhen Velichev, they decided together that the future logo should meet six basic requirements: self-similarity, systematicity in chaos, heredity, constant improvement, mystery, and technological/modernity.
«You can see the result in the video. The main color of the logo is black. The additional ones are white and PANTONE 2175 °C. This color is a deeper version of PANTONE 306 °C, which was the brand color for Netpeak Group, because we want to show our dynamics and maturity,» he wrote and added a video.
«I often compare business to a house. Just as you take care of your house, you should take care of your business. When we started building our group’s house, we didn’t yet realize what it would be like. But now, when each new company takes the best achievements from mature businesses, and everyone is synchronized in a single ecosystem and with a single operating platform, I see clearly and distinctly that we are FRACTAL. By the way, we will write in caps lock — not Fractal, but FRACTAL. Today, the name has changed, the logo has changed, but our mission is unchanged — III > I,» the company’s co-founder noted.
