Over 90% of deferrals are now extended automatically — without applications or queues. How to check if it will work for you
The system itself checks the grounds through state registers and updates the entry in «Reserve+.» But there are categories where the automation regularly fails — and then you will have to go to the ASN.

The Ministry of Defense confirmed that more than 90% of deferrals from mobilization are now continuing without any human action. The system checks the grounds through state registers and automatically updates the electronic document in the «Reserve+» application. This also applies to deferrals issued through the Central Service Center. Currently, the mechanism covers 22 categories.
An important change for those who are used to going to the TCC: territorial procurement centers no longer accept applications for deferrals from citizens. All applications are only through the TSC or online at «Rezerv+».
When automation may not work
There are three categories where the system most often does not find the necessary data in the registers: parents of three or more children, people caring for a seriously ill family member, and those whose parents have a disability of group I or II. If the deferral is not extended automatically, you must personally contact any ASN with documents.
What to check in advance
For the auto-extension to work without problems, the data in the registers must be up-to-date. It is worth checking in advance the information about the family in the DRACS, the data about disability in the EIISSS or the Pension Fund register, and also make sure that the birth records of children correctly indicate the full name, date of birth and tax number of the father or mother. Separately, check the absence of alimony debt: arrears for no more than three months are allowed.
What is available online in «Rezerv+»
You can apply for a deferment online without visiting any institutions for 11 categories — in particular, for people with disabilities, parents of a child with a disability, students and postgraduates, parents of three or more children, single parents, and employees of higher and professional education.
If the deferral has not been automatically extended and your situation does not fall under online registration, contact any convenient ASC. The CCC is no longer working for these issues.
