Attracting new customers remains a challenge for Ukrainian IT companies. But Anna Shcherbakova believes that the main «lesson» of 2024 is that companies must be prepared for rapid and unpredictable changes in foreign economic policy. The vice president of GlobalLogic Ukraine said this in an interview with «24 Channel».
«Changes in public policy can occur very quickly and not always predictably. We need to be prepared for this and anticipate all possible scenarios. Of course, we would like to have a longer planning horizon, as much as possible,» noted Anna Shcherbakova.
One of the company’s main achievements for 2024 at GlobalLogic is the strategic partnership between Hitachi and Google Cloud .
«This partnership will allow our customers to innovate faster and leverage the capabilities of generative AI. In addition, we have launched the world’s first Platform of Platforms for large-scale implementation of AI solutions in companies,» the vice president added.
Despite the difficult economic situation, GlobalLogic does not expect a decline in activity. The company plans to focus on retaining teams and expanding existing projects, in particular with Hitachi. At the same time, the trend towards the implementation of artificial intelligence will continue to gain momentum.
GlobalLogic is currently focused on 16 different practices through which the company will continue to provide services and develop solutions for partners.
