Billionaire and owner of the adult content platform OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, of Ukrainian origin, died at the age of 43 from cancer.
Billionaire and owner of the adult content platform OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, of Ukrainian origin, died at the age of 43 from cancer.
Bloomberg reports this with reference to the company’s statement.
«It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family has requested privacy during this difficult time,» the company said in a statement.
Recall that Radvinsky acquired a controlling stake in the platform in 2018. He owned OnlyFans' parent company, Fenix International Ltd.
Previously, the business press reported that Radvinsky was in talks to sell 60% of OnlyFans shares, which would raise the platform’s value to about $5.5 billion. As of February, the negotiations were still in the early stages, according to participants in the process.
It is also known that since 2021, Radvinsky has paid himself about $1.8 billion in dividends from the platform.
