«The evolution of morons who said that there is no satellite. Then — that this satellite exists, but Prytula bought it for human money to broadcast the national marathon in the interests of Yermak… Then — that there is a satellite, but it was not bought, but rented. Then — that there is actually no satellite, but they just paid for some photos,» he listed the claims that social media users make to him.
But some did not limit themselves to these accusations against him, there are others as well.
«Then — there is a satellite, but the lease has gone up in price. Then — there is a satellite, the lease has not ended, but it broke,» said Serhiy Prytula, recalling that GUR simultaneously talks about the benefits and results of the operation of this satellite, but these commentators are clearly not familiar with this information.
In addition, Prytula commented on the quality of the work of the Ministry of Defense under the leadership of Rustem Umerov, in particular, on the expansion of drone production programs and their contracting for the army.
«The Ministry of Defense, as a structure that develops policies and manages processes in times of war, will always receive a lot of complaints. Are there any questions for Rustem about the effectiveness of management — obviously there are. Would someone in his place now do better? I’m not sure,» he expressed his opinion.
According to Prytula, many of the problems of the Ukrainian defense industry were laid in previous years, including before the full-scale invasion, so he is not ready to «hang all the dogs» on the current or previous leadership of the Ministry of Defense.
Recall that on August 18, 2022, the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation purchased a satellite and access to satellite data from the ICEYE satellite constellation.
The Foundation signed an agreement with ICEYE, which provided the Ministry of Defense with full access to all the capabilities of one of the ICEYE satellites, which was already in orbit in this region at the time of signing the agreement.
