Jobboard Work.ua is changing its pricing model for employers: the service is abandoning wholesale packages with discounts in favor of a single price for posting a vacancy, regardless of the volume of the purchase.

Work.ua explains the decision by changing the balance in the labor market: if previously there were more job seekers than vacancies, now companies are competing for candidates.
Bulk discounts, according to the service, were logical for the employer market, but do not correspond to the current situation, when there should no longer be any special benefits for the volume of purchases for either large or small companies.
Prices for individual job postings (Standard, StandardPlus, Hot, Anonymous) remain unchanged, as does the ability to purchase them in any quantity. However, now unused postings will be stored indefinitely and will not expire — this applies to both one-time purchases and annual offers and subscriptions.
A similar approach was applied to access to the candidate database: instead of several packages with different regions and validity periods, there is now a single package for 100 contacts per month throughout Ukraine, which can also be purchased in any quantity, and unused packages do not expire. Test access to the database (5 contacts per day) remains for all employers with at least one paid active vacancy.
The «VIP Company» service has been renamed to «Corporate Design» — it still allows you to design a company page in the corporate style. It, as well as the «Logo on the homepage» service, can now be purchased individually, starting from one month, without being tied to packages.
For employers who hire on a regular basis, the company offers annual cooperation with a fixed discount of 5–10% and a fixed price for a year in advance; unused services within the framework of the annual cooperation accumulate and can be exchanged for other necessary services at a new price. Annual cooperation consists of seven ready-made packages — from 10 to 500 vacancies.
All previously purchased services continue to operate under the previous terms until the moment of use. Updated prices are already available in the employer’s personal account on Work.ua.
