«I want to tell you a story that makes you think about the importance of values ​​in work. So, screening. I tell the candidate about our company, explain that we work in the field of Military and Defense Tech. And then I hear the answer: „I don’t want to do anything for the country…“. That was the moment when it became clear: there is no point in continuing. After all, if you don’t share the mission, if you have completely different beliefs, then working together simply won’t work out,» she noted .

Iryna’s post has resonated on LinkedIn — it has garnered over 130 comments. Many experts are hating the candidate for this position.

Therefore, Ukrainian products/products of everyday use look more interesting than some distant ones that you will never see in your life,» says UX/UI designer Andriy Kolodyazhensky.

«Куда-то депортировать» работник этой фирмы дурачок ахаха🤣. Куда ты депортируешь украинца с Украинским гражданством? Он имеет точно так же право жить в Украине как и ты. И может иметь любую позицию и это нормально. Он же этим не нарушает закон? Ну вот и все. Себе мозги депортируй.
Вот я пишу и говорю на русском и не собираюсь переходить на Украинский и это тоже нормально.

Це мабуть була одна з тих вакансій де вирішили виїхати на голому патріотизмі, не пропонуючи нічого натомість. Ау, люди, патріотизмом родину не нагодуєш.

Про депортацію 🤦. Дякую нашій владі, за те що закрила кордони, завдяки цьому рішенню тут досі живуть не тільки ті хто не хоче нічого робити для України, а й ті хто реально їй шкодять. Замість того щоб просто поїхати до себе на болота через Польщу та белорашу - вони займаються різного роду підривною діяльністю всередині країни
